New Patient Visits

Please call or e-mail our office to talk with our New Patient Coordinator to determine which provider(s) might best meet your needs and to schedule your first visit. The length of a new patient visit varies by provider and you will be given that information at the time you make your appointment.

On the day of your initial appointment at Gordon Medical, it is helpful for you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time so that all necessary paperwork can be completed efficiently. You may choose to bring a spouse, relative or close friend with you to take notes during your visit or you may ask the receptionist for a recording to be made for you of the visit exchange.

Welcome to Gordon Medical Associates. We look forward to partnering with you to create and continue your good health.

Fees & Insurance Billing

We are a cash based practice only and all services provided are expected to be paid for in full, at the time of service. This includes Medicare patients.

When you check out and make your payment to us, you will receive a receipt with required codes which you may submit to your insurance company for your own re-imbursement.

Please understand that we offer many innovative treatments and your insurance company may not pay for all of the treatments you receive in our office.

For several years we have not participated with or billed Medicare for services provided to Medicare-covered patients. These patients will need to sign an agreement of understanding legally required by Medicare.

Our Office Manager is available to answer your questions about any of our policies or procedures. If you have questions regarding insurance reimbursement, please ask before scheduling your appointment or receiving the service.

When information is requested by your insurance company,we charge for the time involved in researching and sending those reports.

For all blood specimens drawn in our office, there is a $50 handling fee charged that is NOT billable to insurance.
