Every so often, a new treatment comes along that holds promise in helping CFS and fibromyalgia. This week I'm happy to tell you about one with an article written by Dr. Neil Nathan, one of my favorite fibromyalgia specialists and author of the new book "On Hope and Healing: For Those Who Have Fallen Through the Medical Cracks."
Dr. Nathan's research, which is based on the works of Drs. Amy Yasko and Rich van Konynenburg, shows how a nutritional treatment called the "Methylation Protocol" can be very effective in helping those with CFS and fibromyalgia.
