Marilyn Graham has a life-long interest in the body/mind connection. Her original spark of inspiration, in the early 70’s, was learning Tai Chi and the Alexander Technique, both movement-based studies bridging mind, body, energy, and awareness. In the decades since, her ongoing journey to well-being led to mastering numerous healing frameworks, and the development of her own intuitive style of working with structure, energy and consciousness. She has offered both private bodywork sessions and experiential workshops nationwide.
Marilyn is particularly interested in the methods that fly under the radar of the personality – those that address the unconscious or hidden beliefs, agendas, and conditioning that end up sabotaging the healing process. Sometimes this material is resolved naturally when working directly with the body. She also uses verbal frameworks that engage the inner journey, tapping technologies and targeted imagery exercises.
Dividing her time between software development at UC Berkeley and an active healing practice, the two lines of interest came together at GMA when she began working with the Zyto technologies, including the voice-mapping tool, EVOX. She also incorporates FSM microcurrent and Biosyntonie in the work she does with patients.
